Welcome to Sirène, N.E. Love LLC.
Please review our policies thoroughly. The use of this site constitutes your agreement with said policies you will follow and be bound by these terms of agreement. If you have any further questions about our policies please email us at info@sirenecollection.com.

Privacy
We value your privacy! Please review our privacy notice below.
Sirène will not sell, trade, or rent your information to ANYONE. In short we do not release any information about you to other companies
Sirènecollection.com collects your name, shipping and billing address, phone number, and email when you shop and register with us. We us this information will be used for order follow- up. If you sign up for our email, we use your information to notify you of promotions and new products.
For your protection, Sirène does not hold credit card information within your user profile however you must be provide a valid credit card at checkout.
Sirène will not send personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people, unless:
-We have your consent to share the information
-We need to send the information to companies who work on behalf of Sirène to provide a product or service to you. An example of this would be giving ups your address for shipping merchandise to you
When you visit Sirènecollection.com we do not capture your name, email or other personal info until you register with us
After you place an order at Sirène we use that information to process your order. You will receive an email confirmation from us immediately and from UPS when your order has processed with your tracking number. Occasionally, we may need to contact you by email or phone if we have other questions regarding your order.

Security
We want your shopping experience to be a fun and painless process; we don’t want you to have to worry about security! At Sirène protecting your credit card information is of the upmost importance. We use the 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol to securely protect your checkout information as your order is transmitted to our server. SSL technology encrypts your information to protect it from being deciphered by anyone other than
Sirène Collection. You can recognize this security when the URL changes from the normal “http:” to “https”. Secure pages are a bit slow- so you will only see this url on our checkout pages. We use Versign as our SSL provider; VeriSign is the trusted provider of Internet infrastructure services for the networked world.

Shipping
All orders are shipped by UPS on business days (Monday-Friday) aside from holidays. Orders placed before 12pm Eastern Time on business days will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after noon Eastern Time will process the following day. Ground orders will ship no later than 48 hours after processing.
You will receive a tracking number once shipped. If you have special requests please email info@sirenecollection.com.
If you chose to ship to multiple locations, additional shipping fees apply.
At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and Military addresses.
You can select to send a package to:
-Billing Address: same address as your credit card
-Shipping Address: an alternate address in which you will be able to receive your package by UPS
By placing an order with Sirène you agree to receive your package at the address indicated on the order, Sirène is not responsible for items lost or stolen by UPS. However we will follow up with them and try to place a claim. If you would like specific signature required shipping or have an address that is sometimes hard to ship to PLEASE contact us at info@sirenecollection.com prior to our processing your order so that we can ensure an easy delivery.

Shipping Costs.  This is for the lower 48 states*- for Alaska and Hawaii additional fees my apply, if so you will be notified prior to order shipment,

3-day expedited $15.00
2nd day air $25.00
Next day air $35.00

*International Shipping (CA and AU)
We currently only ship to Canada and Australia internationally at this time. However we hope to ship to more countries in the future! By placing an order for shipping to CA and AU, you agree to pay all taxes and duties when arriving into your country.
Sirène is not responsible for these additional costs, once you place your order, you cannot deny at the border for the theses duties and expect a refund.

We ship UPS Ground to Canada.
To help you save we ship USPS Express Mail to Australia either in an envelope or a small box. You will receive a tracking number once shipped. We cannot ship our large baskets to AU at this time.
By placing an order with Sirène you agree to receive your package at the address indicated on the order, Sirène is not responsible for items lost or stolen by USPS. However we will follow up with them and try to place a claim.

Ground Shipping Timing- We ship out of Brooklyn, New York
UPS Ground officially takes 5-7 days however there are some pointers on timing:
New York Residents: shipping usually take a day maybe two max,– in fact sometimes selecting 3-day or 2-day from New York city or the boroughs can actually slow down the process as it goes to a different location first, but if you absolutely need it next day – that’s the only way to ensure you get it.
East Coast usually 2-3 days
Midwest usually 4-5 days
West Coast 5-7 days
Canada can take 7-14 days (if you wish to have your order expedited additional fees will apply)
Australia takes 3-5 days
(if you wish to have your order expedited or shipped via UPS additional fees will apply)

Returns & Exchanges
Ordering online can be hard sometimes. We understand and want you to feel totally comfortable with your purchase. At Sirène, we have a return policy built around that idea.

Regular Priced Merchandise:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase at Sirènecollection.com you can return it for a full refund or an exchange for an available size.
We will INCLUDE a return-shipping label in your order for easy returns and exchanges! With this return label you must follow the return guidelines below:
You must return the merchandise immediately within 5 business days upon receiving the goods. We are a new online boutique that may only have a few pieces of each style. By holding on to that merchandise and waiting to ship back to us, you are taking it away from someone else that may wish to purchase this item.
Please include your return form in the package.
All merchandise must be spotless, in perfect condition in which it had arrived. We take great care in shipping out our gorgeous swimwear and beachwear and expect it to come back to us in the same condition. Especially since much of this merchandise is swimwear- it is very important to take care in trying these garments on.
We reserve the right to refuse reimbursement and ship the item back to you if this product comes back in a compromising condition.
To help us better serve our customers, please fill out the return or exchange form provided – if there are fit issues or something is not as you expected,  we would love to be able to include that information for others wishing to purchase this product in the future.
If a garment is damaged in some way please ship back immediately and notify us of the damage. If possible, we may be able to get a replacement. 
If you wish to exchange for something that does not appear to be available please email us and we might be able to get the item you wish in on a special order.

Sale Merchandise:
Our sales are final sale and there are no refunds. However we want you to be happy so if there is a hug fit or style issue let’s try and find something else for equal or lesser value.

Special Orders:
Special orders for items not available on the website are not returnable. We will explain the details if such an occasion arises.

International Returns:
We currently accept returns for international goods on regular priced items- all sales are final sale, however you must cover the cost to ship back to us.
Sirène does not provide a return slip for international orders. In the event of an exchange, another shipping fee will apply. 
Of course if for any reason you recieve damaged or miss-shipped goods Sirène will cover the cost of shipping back as well as shipping out the replacement goods.


FAQ

I placed an order and then you sold out of it! Was I charged?
When you place an order; your card is charged with the total amount in your receipt. If we are sold out  we will contact you immediately for to refund.

I placed an order and my credit card was declined. Why is it still showing up as pending or charged on my credit card?
When you place an order; your card is pre-authorized; ever time you try and place an order regardless of whether it was declined – a pre-authorization will show up on your account. Many times an order is declined for simple zip code or address issues- so please take care in entering in your billing address properly.

I want this order gift-wrapped, is this possible?
We take care in wrapping our items up in tissue- if you would like something more please email us ahead of time so something else can be arranged.

I asked for something to be ordered specifically for me as a special order, can I return it?
Special orders are exactly that – ordered specifically for you- if you are unsure you really want this item, perhaps you should trying something we have available online first.

I saw something online just the other day, now I can’t find it – what gives?
As items sell out we may take the items down off the storefront- if you would like to be put in a waiting list for this item please email customer service as info@sirenecollection.com

What type of emails will I receive if I sign up for the mailing list?
We send you updates on new product, promotions – some of these sales are only available for our mailing list so don’t miss out!

How many marketing emails can I expect from Sirène?
We try and send out emails weekly – sometimes we may send out more if there is a special sale or promotion. But we will not bombard you with daily emails.
